The following items will not be accepted for returns, but may be accpeted for exchange (please contact us for specific details): Opened software, digital cameras with opened software, items with missing or damaged accessories, items with missing or completed warranty cards. For classes please see the specific class for detailed information. Shipping costs will not be refunded en lieu of restocking fee on certain items, please contact us for more information.
Request for a return or exchange must be made with-in seven (7) days of receipt of the item(s). Any request later than seven (7) days will be handled on a case specific basis. |
